Choosing Your Own Provider

The beauty of using an independent plan management option like Daffodil care Plan Manager is you have complete control over the providers you use, as long as they have an ABN and can provide a tax invoice for their services.

Negotiate Provider Rates

When using a plan manager, you also have the option to negotiate rates - either by engaging providers that aren’t registered with the NDIS, or by negotiating with registered providers – which stretches those dollars that little bit further.

HOW WE WORK

Submit Invoice

Providers or Participants submit their invoices through our Gateway or email them to claims@daffodilcare.com.au

Authorise

We will seek your permission to pay the invoice either via email or through our Gateway.

Submit Claim

We will claim the invoice from NDIS My Place Portal.

Funds Received and Paid

f the claim is successful, we will pay the invoice.

Confirmation

We will tell you and your provider that we have paid the invoice.
